Education
Dr. Murakami graduated with Honors from Stanford University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and a Master’s in Psychology. She continued her medical training at the Stanford University School of Medicine, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the University of Southern California/Doheny-Jules Stein Eye Institute in Los Angeles. She completed a fellowship in glaucoma at the University of California, San Francisco, where she refined her expertise in managing complex glaucoma cases.
